@SamosEcommerce each one has different conditions, we ship mostly from US and China by many different carriers, different lines. It's not possible to use your service. 

@NicheMiche @Dbaca Did you receive their reply? Are you able to start shipping with the code now? I tried to contact them both on this post and on email regarding how to pay VAT and their service charge, but so far received no reply. 

Crossborderit stopped replying message.Received the IOSS code finally, but we need to know how to pay their fee? There's no any payment method provided to us... 

@Dbaca I have sent you a private message for my ioss number but haven't heard back from you, not sure whom I can get in touch with for this issue? It has been more than a week we applied for the iOSS but so far not received anything.

@Det742021 yes that's exactly what we are doing, filled their online forms but so far haven't got the IOSS code yet.

@cetsatadmin we didn't get ioss from UK, crossborder said we can get it from them. 

how long it will take in general to receive the code? I applied on 27th but it still says "We have recieved your request for an IOSS number and are working to get it ready for you as soon as possible. You will be notified when it's available."

I'm still a little bit confused. I use around 4 different third party logistic agent system to handle the shipping, orders ship from US, UK and China.How to work it out?

There's another thing I'm not quite sure, since we don't have EU VAT, how to remit the VAT to EU? Or crossborderit would collect this vat together with the post process fee by paypal, and remit on behalf of us?
