Yes, I have a third party shipping option (advanced shipping rules) however I’m not sure the will apply directly to a coupon code.Patrick

This would be better if it was exclude shipping rater UNDER a certain amount not over but yes I would love to only restrict free shipping to ground shipping only.  Please add this as a feature request.
