I was able to force shipping to Japan using Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping & Delivery> General Shipping Rates>Japan (Show All Shipping Zones; or add it if you don't see it) > Add Rate> Flat Rate Shipping

I am also having problems shipping to Japan, Norway, Taiwan, Iceland and Israel since switching to Markets Pro and would love some help!
That is not a solution. The package will be undeliverable in Japan, Isreal or Korea if it's not in that country's native alphabet.
Can we please mark this thread back to "Unresolved" since the above message is not a solution, this problem is not solved and various merchants are still asking about it? We remain unable to ship to Japan and Israel (we used to be able to, but it sto...

Same problem over here -- you are not alone and it's very odd!
Having same problem and glad I'm not alone! I also briefly saw categories change to Spanish. Let's hope it's just a glitch!
I would also like to know if Shopify Collabs plays nicely with SkimLinks! Thanks for any info.

I also have the same problem, but only with MarketsPro orders shipped via DHL and Global e. The customer gets the first tracking email, but not the "out for delivery" and "delivered" emails in the sequence. We have already lost one huge order ($300+)...

I think I figured this out: make sure you track quantities. I had to delete all the options and add them back in, but now it does not say "sold out." Also under "Theme Templates" I selected "gift-card" and it make pretty buttons for each denomination...

Also having this problem. I tried deleting all the variants and it won't let me add inventory either.
