They appeared underlined because the links in the navigation main menu was setup to homepage or dead link (#) was attached to it. No need to change the code, just update the links to the right collections

Hi there, you can upload the pdf file to the store Content/Files section - copy the file link, then customise the order notification email and add the link. I recommend use Shopify Flow app - it's great and easy to customise based on your conditions....

Hey @TopangaMother You can edit the order confirmation email from Settings / Notifications / Orders (section) - Order Confirmation. Click on it and then preview on the top right corner to see if it's the same, then edit.  Hope it helps!Best,
