I have the same problem, I think this is actually a bug in the chat system.It only shows if logged in as admin from what I can see.Try testing as a user in incognito browser, it seems ok.

Am I missing something? I'm looking for a plugin that can autogenerate a unique coupon for a customer after they make a puchase and send it to them via email. I've search 20+ apps and found nothing! I can't believe something this simple does not exis...
