My address has been updated in all places it can be edited in my shop, but the Abandoned Cart email sent to customers still lists the old address.  Your suggestion is the obvious, simple fix, but it doesn't solve the problem. SHOPIFY - please address...

And regarding clearing the cache and cookies, the old address is showing in an Abandoned Cart email one of my customers replied to yesterday, so it's not a browser issue; it is appearing in emails going out to customers.
The new address was added there weeks ago, and the old address still shows in email notifications to customers, such as the Abandoned Cart email.
We have a new address and have updated it in the Settings section of Shopify.  However, emails that are sent to customers, such as Abandoned Cart, still show the previous address in the footer.  I cannot find a place to change this to the new address...

In the past, it wasn't there for me either, but when I went back a few days ago, it was there.  I don't know why it's not showing up for you.  This is definitely a question for the Shopify help center.

I have discovered that the app SendOwl allows blocking users by email address, IP address or country. Plus, this app lets you place a mark at the bottom of every page in the PDF with the buyer’s name, etc, to discourage illegal copying. 
I would also like to know how to block someone from ever placing an order, especially digital downloads.
