I am not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to things like this but I was aware of the 19.99 a month, I cant recall if it was said on the contract or on this thread but I remember finding out about it at the very beginning.

Hi there,Was the amount your customers charged VAT though or just import duty, I have a feeling that although ioss takes care of VAT until the Royal Mail offer a DDP service the EU customers will still have to pay import duty on items.

Hi there,Shopify told me that they will not allow the processing of any European orders after the 1st of July if a valid IOSS number has not been added to the account. I made them confirm it twice to me just to be sure I understood them correctly.
