Yes. I am using a staff account and that must be why I cannot change the label format. I already shared a screenshot of what it looks like in this thread. Is there a reason for this limitation?

The screenshot I shared is from immediately after purchasing the labels and I still don't have the "change format" link. I've tried to void labels and repurchase and still don't see this option. Can anyone from Shopify (@Tira) help me solve this? 

And how do we change the format if we don't get the blue change format option? This is what it looks like for me after I've purchased labels and before I print them or export them as PDF:
