I think you are correct. Something happened with Gmail putting Shopifyexaports in a blacklist or something. Though I still think it should workonce you say it's safe.My work around for now is to open them through outlook, which I set up justfor this....
Has anyone heard if this is being worked on? I'm surprised its still broken.

Hello,The issue with the suggested work around is that we do not give store associates access to shopify only store managers. They are not in the store 24/7 so its still an issue for us a portion of the time.
