I have already reached out to support, they did  not help. I already looked at the links you gave me and that didn't help and you didn't help. Really awesome customer service....not.

I already tried to figure it out. I'm not techie and I already talked to support. No help. 

It doesn't even matter that my customers can't use it. Neither can I. Between shopify stores. Shopify customer service is horrible. I wish I had never never used shopify for my website. It has been a dumpster fire since day 1.

They are trying to upload it to shopify, godaddy and many more. I even tried using it to transfer between two shopify stores. It does not work! It is your spreadsheet, if it doesn't work then it is a shopify problem. Not a me problem. I spent an hour...

I downloaded a csv file of my products. There are about 100 products. I supplied this csv file to my customers so they can upload it to their store. It never works for them. I tried to use the same csv file for my godaddy store. Again it didn't work....
