お客様へのメール通知について

お世話になります。設定-通知でお客様へのメールの設定をしています。ここ数日急に購入後の確認メールが届いていない、という顧客からのメールが増えました。送信履歴を見る限り送信はされているようですが、お客様の迷惑メールにも届いていない、という例が4件起こりました。対処法や確認すべき設定などありましたら教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
