How can I get a resolution for this? Is there a way to have it looked in to further?

Hi Avada Yes we checked our Spam mail and we don't have any staff accounts on Shopify yet, only me. It downloads to the browser if I do below 50 products, but I really need all my products to setup an synced POS system.  I will try again.
