I absolutely agree with you. We are in bad chatbot hell now....and it's no way to run a business. Shopify must have laid off thousands for the dire straits they seem to be in.

Email support seems like a chatbot too. I am extremely frustrated with the current lack of any support or support that is incredibly TIME CONSUMING. We couldn't possibly run our business this way and stay in business.
