The chat feature is always there, but I much prefer talking.  That way I can voice my issues more clearly, there's no confusion on what I'm asking, and I don't end up sounding rude whyle trying to get a point accross while typing.  And the big one......
I've also been trying to request a callback form Shopify for over a week now, and the Callback Request button is never there.  I've tried all times of the day AND night.... Nothing! 
We been having this issue since April 24th.  Called, complained, chated, complained, asked to speak to a supervisor... Nothing.   Haven't touched our shipping section in over a year.  WTF.... Been with Shopify for 10 years now and getting so tired of...
