Me too. Surely easy to add some shipping zones? I'm having to use DHL via Ship Theory and they both tell me that Shopify is responsible for the shipping zones which vary hugely!

I am also looking for something that can do this. I have no idea why this doesn't exist between Shopify and Click and Drop.
