I got the same issue, it just loads forever and never complete the process..
@LynneGardner1 Shopify changed my domain back to the Shopify url then did a re boot if all my products. It took 24 hours but then it started working.So right now, are you still using the shopify URL, or did you switched back to your own domain?
@LynneGardner1  you go in your Facebook Catalog Manager, select your catalog, click on a product, click edit, change the URL. But if your catalog is linked with Shopify, anything you change will be changed back to what it was eventually.

Exact same problem here. Tried Shopify support as well as Facebook/IG support, without any solutions. Shopify says its a Fb/IG issue, and Fb/IG says it's a Shopify issue. Great... Now what?
