Looks like those boxes are types of subscriptions. So, you can buy that product once or do 1-month or 3-month subscriptions or an annual abonnement (subscription). So, all you need is a subscription app.

@camillelinh , any chance you found a solution? We have so many pages built with GemPages, and we see the French translation inside the app (Translate & Adapt), but it never finds its way to the front-end. ;(

Interesting. In our case, the problem was solved accidentally when we switched to a new theme. All bots stopped appearing at all in one day. I guess there was a loophole somewhere in our old theme that allowed bots to bypass our registration process....
