It's May 15, 2023 and we are still having this issue. It would go a long way if our customers received email notifications of pending refund. As of now, we are taking screen shots to send them. This is an inexcusable issue.
The account is disabled - but we didn't do it. Apparently the customer didit from her end. Still won't merge.
Same here. I have a client who entered a work address account, and wants it merged with her main account. Click on merge account, and it can't do it because client "has a customer account and can't be merged." Well, that's the whole point.
Hi - anyone else having this problem, you should be able to go into Edit Theme. From the above drop down select Other templates. Open Gift Card template. Then on the right side under Body Text - adjust the Base Size down until you see all the numbers...
