Hellothank you for listening to the feedback and providing the fix to merge customers who have gift cards. It works. I have just sorted my outstanding duplicate customers who I could not previously merge.  RegardsCherylA 

Brian, totally agree with your comments.  the whole new layout of searching either for orders or products is now cumbersome and the reports pages are the same. regardsCheryl

Love the merge customer functionality. It has been a long time coming. Can you work on being able to merge duplicate customers who have gift cards.  Surely that should not be too hard for the developers. T
