This is not true in our case. The Shopify icon shows even when you're not logged in.
All you need to do is appeal the decision with Google. I think Google's auto-filter misinterprets your ice baths for "nudity" and therefore you got suspended. You just need to appeal it, unless their notes say something else was the reason.
