just wondering, is shopify always so bad with support? Literally can't use my site, sent in two tickets, no help what happens if there's 1500 products in the shop ans the same thing happens?...

3 days downtime on shop no decent help from tech support makes you wonder how the future will go, probably weekly hours wasted chasing silly problems does anyone have a suggestion ...

installed Shopify last wed on device now freezes same way both app and browser everything is up to date network all good etc worked fine before now freezes waiting 3 days for supp...

my site keeps on freezing when editing , both app and online, so can't do business asked 3x on here. Not one reply did I make a mistake choosing shopify

asked this 2x now and zero replies my site aswell as app freezes when i click 'customize theme' and then 'edit' what to do? am down for days now!!!
