越境 購入確定画面や確認メールについて

国内でECをこの度越境にも対応させることを画策しております。 その上で困っていることが2点ございます。①購入後に送信される、お客様への注文確認メールのヘッダーが日本語になってしまいます。②購入確定画面も同様に日本語になってしまいます。こちらはアプリを導入するなどといった対応では、翻訳は不可能なのでしょうか。 また、HTMLなどのコード編集ならば対応が可能かについても、お伺いできましたらとても幸いです。皆様の知見を拝借したいです。 どうかよろしくお願いします。
