Hello,We have linked Facebook to our Shopify Account - we can see the personal facebook, and the account's business manager. However when one of our collaborators logs in, he can't see the two linked and it states "Set-up". How do we fix this? 

Hi thereI have set-up two locations (Australia and the US) servicing those respective zones in 'manage rates', and I have added the shipping fees for each zone. However when I try to checkout with a US address I keep getting the error; "Some items in...
