Has the merge feature been removed again? The option is no longer showing when I view a customer.  It was helpful sometimes, but to be truly effective it needs to be available for customers who have had gift cards. 

Mine just says gets stuck saying Validating...  I was getting the same thing with 7.2 before trying 7.3.1
