If Shopify is not helping ,just raise a chargeback from the bank .There is a specific form for this for every bank .Just ask you bank to share the form ,they are supposed to do chargeback ,I never thought that it would be that easy.

Shopify is just allowing fraud companies.You can approach the bank with transaction details, they will do a chargeback.

Please approach the bank.There is an option for charge back from the bank .Every bank has a charge back which needs to be filled .Once we raise a chargeback ,the transaction will be reversed and thecompany will be added to the blacklist.
