Hello, Cryril!
Karlie here from the Shopify Guru Team! I would be happy to offer you some feedback as well as some resources that can help with sale conversion. There are a few aesthetic changes you can make to your store which can help make your storefront look more professional and build customer-merchant trust.
To begin; I really love what you're doing with your Instagram campaign - it's unique, in-style and it really gives your customer base an idea of who you are as a brand. I would like to see this style continued over to your storefront, whether that would be with the colour/tone of your images, text or overall feel.
Condensing your products on your homepage and focusing more on a set of featured products and building the personality of your brand should help draw customers in. You can do this by simply removing some of the product collections on the homepage and adding in more life-style photography, sliders, or even your social media feed as well. There is quite a variety of apps in the Shopify App Store that could help provide you with a social media feed, such as; Instafeed, Instagram Feed & Gallery and Instagram ‑ Instagram feeds GF.
There is a sense of consistency with your champaign and I think it's important to bring that same feeling to your product pages. Your product pages hold enough information for the customer to get an idea of what they're purchasing, but I would like to see your product images match with your brand more. If you're struggling with your product images, there's a rule of thumb to follow: you would want to make sure that your product images are shot on a solid coloured background (white, grey and black are safe bets), have your product images be in the same format (square or rectangle) and have the same resolution so that they are all clear enough for your customers.
I enjoy the font you're using for your logo, but be sure to consider using a simpler, more basic font for your product descriptions, buttons, and product titles. You'll want to consider using a font that is more legible so that a variety of customers can easily navigate through your storefront.
To help build customer to merchant trust, you could think about customizing your 'About Us' page and your 'Contact Us' page so that they are more detailed and user-friendly. We have a really great guide on how to create your 'About Us' page that I would recommend taking a read through, be sure to check out; The Untapped Potential of About Us Pages (And How to Write Your Own). You could also look into adding a contact form on your 'Contact Us' page to make it easier for your customers to submit their questions to you. This guide can help walk you through adding in a contact form step by step of the way.
When it comes to marketing, you're going to want to have your SEO covered. SEO is search engine optimization and it would help customers to find your website and products when browsing the web. If you have already gone through and optimized your product names, meta descriptions and added alt text to your images, then you might want to consider how link-backs to your store can boost your search rating. Blogging, podcasting, social media posts can also be a long-game approach to building a following and drawing traffic - which will help boost ranking as well. There are a couple of really great resources that can help you with SEO. Specifically I would recommend getting started with our SEO doc and then going through:
What Can I Do to Help My Store Rank in Search Engines? and The Beginner's Guide To Keyword Research For Ecommerce. Be sure to check out all of the SEO apps in the Shopify App Store as well, if you're finding that you need some assistance with search engine optimization.
How do you find you're doing conversion-wise? Have you had any sales since you had launched your store? When it comes to building up your conversion ratings, I would recommend reading through Product Page Tune-Up: 9 Timeless Ways to Increase Conversions and The Beginner's Guide to Conversion Rate Optimization to help you try to narrow down what you can improve upon with your storefront.
I hope this helps, but if you have any further questions - be sure to ask and I would be happy to help!
Karlie
