Yes, they fixed it!!!Under the product details in shopify. now you can hide the product from specific markets.

Whoever created this app is a Hero! Paypal Checkout Express button was ruining out conversion rate at the checkout information page. 

We have the same issue. Is there a bulk unhold app?
