Sorry no, but i would be very sceptical of this. 
Does anybody use the stocky app using barcode scanning to do stock takes. if so can you do a complete stock take and if something is not scanned it will not show on as existing stock in shopify.

a customer has not got their refund even though we processed it 16 days ago and its also showing on our daily payout  as refunded
