Yes it's possible to have express checkout via Stripe, you can follow the steps trough Stripe.Unfortunately there's no possibility of coding the checkout in Shopify.Btw, I am also a costumer

Apple pay is already available via Stripe (I already have). Google pay unfortunately we need to wait for Shopify payment to be available in Poland.I am also waiting for years with no success....
