Exactly the same as what I am going through. No one seems to know or botherto dive deep into the issue. Always passing the buck or referring one toexpert help or apps. In the meantime, we sink lower and lower. Frustrating
The sad part about this is that Shopify do not have a solution.Their best op is to refer one to app. The more apps ,the better the kickup,I suppose

I agree. Shopify keeps passing the buck with referrals to apps and 3rdparty support.This is just crazy and an absolute waste of valuable time.
