I was told that if you deactive or close your store, you do NOT get a pro-rated refund. So if you paid for a year and decide to close after 3 months, you will get nothing for the other 9 unused months.
Hi,Thanks, yeah that helps, but when I updated the products it took awhile to update, plus it is still a lot of extra steps as opposed to just putting in the name of the template into a column on the CVS import sheet.  
I have over 800 items that require the same customized product template, but there is no column in the csv export/import to select the template. When researching, I've seen others requested it over 3 years ago, but still not implemented, so following...
