Sadly, there is no fix yet and shopify does not recognize this as a majorissue. It causes the worst inventory nightmares and upset customers.
Sounds like they are hopefully aware and working on the issue, fingers crossed!

I have this same issue today out of no where. It usually fixes itself quickly but it has now been about an hour. I also can't get on a chat as that function is not working on Shopify either.

We have not tried that yet, definitely interested in a solution still as wehave even added a third store and had shipping rates triple depending onwhat inventory it pulls out of.
