Yes, we are still experiencing this. Clearly Shopify has ZERO concern. With all these tariffs and uncertainty around the pending recession, small businesses will soon be gone, and they won’t even have to hear us complain. Or make money off of us. Sor...

There are numerous merchants who've been experiencing new (worse) payout behavior and delayed timing. Shopify tells most of us that it is due to them using new payment processors. It's causing problems for a lot of merchants. Here is just one thre...
Thanks, Jeremywh. I appreciate the feedback!
Have your payouts been back to "normal" now since you posted that re: Oct 24th? Wondering if it was a fluke, or if they fixed something for you. Our Payouts screen started looking different yesterday. It makes me wonder if they're working on a sol...
Still going on with ours.
Turned off ShopPay. It does not seem to have resolved the issue.
Ours goes to our bank account, and always has. Are you saying if we switch it to Balance, wait a day, then switch it back to Bank Account, that might reset something?
Just to manage your expectations, my initial contact to support was Sept 25. I was initially told they're working on a solution. Then another rep was more transparent and said that's not true. As of Oct 1, I was told they are NOT working on a solu...

We've experienced the same. VERY frustrating, and complicates our bookkeeping for payouts, adding too much time to a simple task. The cause:Shopify Support tells me that ShopPay payments will now be separate from other payouts (e.g. credit card). ...
I was able to “Create Custom Report”, then Taxes Collected Over Time. Select the time period you want, then filter for Tax Name [Is]. In our store it is called Colorado Retail Delivery Fee, but I suppose it could be called some thing different in you...

Does the CODOR response make sense to you? I thought we were to start collecting on July 1, first filing due in August 20.

Yes, they’re aware. I’ve contacted them. Copy/pasted part of their reply either in this thread or the other one. Basically, unless it is a “tax” that they are required to address, they aren’t concerned.
I think our best hope is that Shopify sees this as a tax, which it seems like to me. From Shopify's support: "Our tax team updates our tax tables on a monthly basis, so if this new tax rate would be something that is required to update on our end, t...
Okay Shopify! All your Colorado vendors will need your help here. We will need a separate line item for each order with a CO shipping address starting July 1.
