Thanks Alok - the problem with Fraud Filter is that Shopify processing fees aren't recovered, so it's costly to the business. I'm looking for something that results in net zero cost to us.

Is there no solution to this? It's ludicrous permitting customers to order courier delivery when they live 1 minute down the road. No wonder the world's climate is in such peril. Are there no settings to force local pickup for these orders?
