I need an app that allows the user to add personalization to their t shirt for a $5 fee.  Anything out there like this?

I am looking for a simple app that gives the user their 10th shirt for free.  All the reward programs I am finding are way more complex than I want it to be.  Free is a plus too!! Thanks so much for your help
