Hey @Spencer_warning You can Go to admin dashboard -> settings -> Shipping and delivery -> From General shipping rates clikc manage and here you can add Shipping rate for that profile and Shipping zone as well.
That's from the Shopify's side, they'll add the option to add discount code for both one time and subscriptons after getting a subscription from that plateform. That's what Shopify support team suggested me.
