The products are standard shopify variants. Each shirt has its own listing and then there are Size, Color etc variants within each listing, but in Google the "item_group_id" field is blank. Can you clarify what might be the issue with the default app...

It's now been two months since I've requested to change my EIN and nobody has bothered to reach out to me. For the amount of money I pay for Shopify it's a very unacceptable timeline for a simple request. How can I get this taken care of?
I reached out over a month ago to change my EIN and associated info for Shopify Payments. I have yet to hear back. I've contacted support to check the status and they tell me they'll escalate my request, etc. but I still haven't heard anything back. ...
