I use my iPhone test my shopify payment.however, it default to show applepay only.I need to click “more payment options”if I want to use other payment methodis it possible to add other payment method such as PayPal into first page of payment?

I want to set free shipping if order over $21 US dollar, otherwise it will charge $5 US dollar shipping feeHowever, no shipping fee is charged when I try to paid order which less than $21 dollar How can I set?  Thank you
