I was able to figure this out. The latest debut theme has it by default now. I downloaded that theme file and looked at where they placed the form.In product-template.liquid I added {{ form | payment_terms }} below the form 'product' line. ...
Does anyone else notice that it's difficult to edit the variants on a product? You have to use a scroll bar at the very bottom and you can see the variant attributes on one side. Then have to use the scrollbar to enter the variant sku.
