Hi @LizHarris2020 I suppose once customer input their data (mobile numbers) on POS, Shopify will synchronize that data with Shopify Customers.You can test it with this one - it can send SMS for customers synchronized from Shopify
I think you still need 3-party apps to automated that processFirstly, you can segment customers by tagsThen you can use Shopify flow to send to that segment customers

If you reach the limit on customer tags, you can remove all unnecessary ones. It can remove old orders tags instantly.

Right now I just can copy the customer tags to the note by this one.But if you need to edit product tags, you need some bulk tag editing app.
