We deleted the app last year but it looks like remnants still appear on our shop and I don't know how to remove them. Any suggestions?

We have spoken to 2 support members and have a tech support ticket but have not heard from anyone for 2 days. Is there something wrong? How can we fix this issue so we can resume selling on our site?
