Try this. I leaving out screenshot since it will look different.Settings >> Checkouts & Account Then scroll all the way down to abandoned checkout emails. Uncheck the box and save. It is pretty far down the page.  Make sure to hit save.

If its not live it will not show yet.

scroll down a little further. it is just below it.

You need to go into Settings page then click on the Checkout section.  It is towards the bottom just under "email marketing". For me it is the second to last section. Make sure to save after updating.
