Hi, when i select "Other" shipping carrier, in the email i receive its written "Other tracking number: 1234" . This doesnt make any sense, i wait it to say "Order tracking number: 1234...

Its my first time trying facebook ads and i get this error when i click publish. From what i read i think it has something to with the pixel not being installed on shopify, am i right? Whats causing this? Thank you for your help
