You can use metafields to keep sensitive information. Metafields will not be visible in .json. But of cause, you will have to modify the theme to switch from using product price to a metafield.

I think this is because this app has some different versions. The recent versions don't have such issue.For the older versions, you can just simply remove the product item render loop from the collection page and that's it.
