Is there any way to show order information on on custom page by its order id? I want to pass the order id as query string and load the order information on custom page. Iam new to shopify, so dont know how we can achieve in shopify.Please let me know...

My requirement is to add QR code on thank you page. So when ever a user completes the payment process. It will show a thank you page with a QR code.So is there any option to create QR code using apps and place it on the thank you page? Please suggest...
