Did you ever find an answer/solution to this? I am in Canada and stopped selling to UK for the same reason. I would love to add UK back to my customer base but cant seem to find a straight answer to this problem.
Is there an app that will allow me to view/access and change customer shopping carts? I sometimes have customers who need help with adding discount codes, shipping rates etc. thanks

Sometimes customers make a new account or checkout as a guest because they might have forgotten their login info etc. This is a huge pain when people are collecting points on our loyalty scheme. Merging customers is a must!

I have over 7k products and hate the new bulk edit for the same reason. I have quite a complex tag system and I am now completely unable to use bulk edit.
I am having the same problem, please can you explain how you solved it.
