Address For This Topic Has Already Been Taken

I recently created some webhook topics with API version:2021-04, which is updated to 2022-01 because the former version is deprecated, and my Shopify store app is configured to API version:2022-01. However, when I try to fetch all webhooks, I can only see the ones I created using API version:2021-04 long back, and not the ones I created more recently. Please help
