API Health is showing yellow when failure rate is lower than 0.1%. What should we do?

Is anyone also experiencing a yellow Admin API health when the failure rate for webhook deliveries is lower than 0.005%?

We have completed all the emergency updates as needed and updated our event subscriptions to the latest version for 2023-01, but our health is still showing as yellow.

Any suggestions?

After I read the related article and found out that the failure rate for webhook deliveries was probably the main reason causing our API Health to result in yellow.

Is anyone else experiencing this the same time?
