[bug] missing inventory_items/create webhook when duplicating a product

When we create a new product over {{storename}}.myshopify.com/admin/products/{{product_id}} using duplicate method, Shopify doesn't send any inventory_items/create webhook. Confirmed over delivery logs via partner dashboard.
