We have a shopify customer who are not using Shopify's default shipping form page but seems like they are using a third-party vendor for shipping and payments. After filling the shipping address, the checkout/update webhook is not firing. What could be the reason for the event not firing? Additionally, the checkout/create event is returning cart_token as null in the event payload. Can you please investigate these issues?
